1) Coming from US 19 North heading south
2) Take the ramp toward CR-296/BRYAN DAIRY RD
3) Go past Bryan Dairy Road, stay in the right lane
4) Turn RIGHT onto 115TH AVE. (Gas station with Subway)
5) Turn LEFT onto 58TH ST N. , the first Stop sign
6) PEMHS, 11254 58TH ST N is on the RIGHT. (First entrance)
7) Go past the first set of buildings facing 58th Street and park on left
8) Meeting in Building I (look for signs), next building on the left after you past the buildings facing 58th Street

Coming from the south on US 19 heading North
1) Start out going NORTH on 34TH ST , Continue to follow US-19 N (34th street becomes US 19 N).
2) Take the ramp toward CR-296/I-275/BRYAN DAIRY RD. (Just past both 49th Street Exits)
3) Turn LEFT onto 110TH AVE N. (Street light)
4) Turn RIGHT onto 58TH ST N (First stop sign)
5) Turn into the second entrance on the left for PEMHS, 11254 58TH ST N
6) Go past the first set of buildings facing 58th Street and park on left
7) Meeting in Building I (look for signs), next building on the left after you past the buildings facing 58th Street
